Order Collection / Opening Hours


Orders are NOT sent to your home. They can only be picked up at the school, in the main reception area. If you wish, the order can also be picked up by your child.


All returns will take place at the school shop. You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to make a return or exchange free of charge. The product must be in the same condition as it was purchased and the purchase ticket included in your account or in the order confirmation email must be shown.

Items may be exchanged at the school premises for another size of the same garment, for a garment of the same amount or for a refund.

Refunds for returned items will be made in the same form of payment in which they were paid for.

If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, please bring the garment back to the school to proceed with its return.

Monday to Friday from 9:45 am to 1:30 pm

Other purchases or returns (at the school shop):

Monday to Friday from 9:45 am to 11:30 am
